ANJALI DIGHE
Chief Strategy Officer
Anjali Dighe builds bridges within communities by working with internal and external partners to identify solutions resulting in the development, management, and implementation of successful programs and initiatives across business, government, and non-profit platforms while building trust and achieving growth.
She currently volunteers her time as a Board of Trustee for Cannon School, Board of Advisor for Cox Mill High School Academy of Information Technology, and is a member of Charlotte InfraGard. In her free-time, Anjali loves spending time cooking with the family and relaxing outdoors.

HEATHER GILBERT
Heather graduated in 2016 from CPCC with a degree in Administrative Assisting. She has worked for the dot. since 2017 and manages the dot. clients, content and bookkeeping.
She has a background in project management and customer service. Heather enjoys managing all aspects of a project and bringing any and all of Dr. Jones fun ideas and goals to fruition. She has a passion for helping grow Computer Science education in schools.
In her free time she loves exploring the outdoors and spending time with her husband, Justin, their 2 daughters Tenley (4) and Laney (1) and their family Cat, Gibbs and Dog Rosie.

HOLLY HARRIS
Instructional Coach
Holly Harris was born and raised in Thomasville, NC. She’s a graduate of Pfeiffer University.
Holly has been teaching and coaching for nearly 20 years as a Career Development Facilitator, Curriculum Instructional Coach, and Instructional Management Coordinator.
Holly has spent nine years at Cabarrus County Schools as a Work-Based Learning Coordinator and Academy Coordinator. She’s passionate about providing students with experiences that guide their career choices.
In her spare time, she loves the outdoors and exploring new places. She’s a military wife and mother of two boys, Colby (15) and Logan (9), and family dog Dakota.

MICHELLE MCELHINEY
Instructional Coach
Michelle was born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Slippery Rock University. She has lived in NC for the last 15 years, first Fayetteville and now Charlotte.
Michelle’s 15 year career as a teacher has been vast. She has taught in Cumberland, Bladen and Charlotte Mecklenburg counties, spanning grades 2 – 8, and even including a Science Lab. Her passion was incorporating the arts and outdoor learning into daily math and science lessons in order to motivate students to do their best work.
Michelle’s family consists of her husband Sean, son Connor (11 months), and two dogs Rocket and Freya. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking and cooking.
